Safety at LoqalGems
LoqalGems helps people find places and connect with the people around them. These rules keep those interactions useful, honest, and safe.

These guidelines apply to every part of LoqalGems where people contribute or exchange content, including profiles, property listings, posts, comments, photos, videos, reviews, direct messages, usernames, and links. They apply alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or use LoqalGems.
Treat people as neighbours. Disagreement is allowed; abuse is not. Keep conversations relevant, respect boundaries, and stop contacting someone when they ask you to stop. Never pressure another person to share money, personal information, or access to a property.
Do not bully, intimidate, shame, stalk, threaten, or target people with hateful or degrading content. Hate based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or another protected characteristic is not allowed.
Do not post pornography, sexual services, non-consensual intimate content, sexualised content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers children. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities.
Do not glorify or threaten violence, encourage self-harm, organise criminal activity, or share instructions intended to cause serious harm.
Do not misrepresent who you are, publish fake or misleading listings, request deceptive payments, manipulate reviews, or use LoqalGems to defraud another person.
Do not expose private or sensitive information without permission. This includes home addresses, identity documents, financial information, login credentials, private messages, and precise location data.
Do not repeatedly post unwanted promotions, use bots or fake accounts, distribute malicious links, artificially inflate engagement, or interfere with the service.
Do not offer illegal or regulated goods or services, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the platform in a way that breaks applicable law.
LoqalGems does not verify every user or listing. Use good judgement before sharing information, visiting a property, or sending money.
If a post or comment breaks these guidelines, open its options menu and choose Report. To stop seeing or interacting with someone, choose Block where that control is available. Reports are confidential to the extent reasonably possible, but we may preserve or disclose information when required for safety, law enforcement, or legal compliance.
For urgent danger, contact local emergency services first. For a safety issue you cannot report in the product, use our Contact page or email info@loqalgems.com. Include the relevant username, listing or post, and a clear description; do not put highly sensitive information in the subject line.
Do not knowingly submit false or abusive reports. A good-faith report will not result in a penalty simply because we determine that no violation occurred.
We review reports and may use automated signals to identify abuse. Depending on severity, context, and account history, we may reduce distribution, remove content, limit features, issue a warning, suspend or terminate an account, or notify law enforcement. Serious harm may lead to immediate action without a prior warning.
We aim to act promptly, but review times vary with urgency and complexity. Attempts to evade an enforcement action, including by creating another account, may lead to further restrictions.
We may update these guidelines as LoqalGems and applicable requirements change. We will publish the updated version here and revise the effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised guidelines apply, subject to applicable law.
